2nd stage: Riga 2019 -- 3rd stage: Hamburg 2019 -- 4th stage:Jerusalem 2019

16 players , Knock-out (or single-elimination) event in Central Chess Player's House, Moscow between 17 - 29 May, 2019

2 classical games: 90’ for 40 moves (50’/20+15’) and 30 seconds per move.

In case of a tie Tie-break rounds will be played : 2 games ( 25 minutes and 10 seconds ) . 2 games ( 10 minutes and 10 seconds ) if needed. 2 blitz games ( 5 minutes and 3 seconds ) if needed. If it’s still a tie an Armageddon game.
